26 October 2009 - Club-Clean Sponsors The National Golf Club Challenge

We are delighted and proud to announce that Club-Clean is one of the Partner Sponsors for The National Golf Club Challenge, in aid of Help for Heroes.

The National Golf Club Challenge is a huge venture which aims to bring every UK golf club together to take part in a nationwide competition on 24th July 2010. The aim is to raise over £1million for Help for Heroes.

The challenge is to encourage every golf club in the UK to host their own fundraising stableford competition on 24th or 25th July 2010. Each club will take their top 10 stableford scores and return an aggregate score and the the top 6 clubs in the country will be invited to attend The Grand Final, to be held at one of the UK's premier golfing venues, The Belfry.

Club-Clean, along with some of the biggest names in the golf industry will be doing their bit to support this wonderful event.

Help for Heroes ia a charity which helps wounded soldiers returning home from Combat. Their message is simple: “We are strictly non political and non critical; we simply want to help. We believe that anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they m,ay risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life. We may not be able to prevent our soldiers from being wounded, but together we can help them get better”

Club-Clean and our franchise partners are extremely proud to be part of this wonderful venture which will bring the golfing world together to raise funds for such a worth cause. It's a chance for those of us who are not in the forces to attempt to show the same determination, pride and fighting spirit that we see in them.
